Ready to build your homestead? This property is zoned for a single family dwelling, manufactured home or a tiny home on a permanent foundation. You may also use an RV or travel trailer as a permanent residence with a special permit. You have three neighbors who have already worked out utilities and living remotely. Power lines are very close by if you want to get your power from the grid. 

Currently, there is no driveway to access the property but we had no problem getting there to take photos. However, a truck or SUV is recommended. It appears there used to be a road up to the corner of the property but it has fallen into disrepair. You’ll have the option of building a driveway or trail from the northwest corner to the nearest road approximately 1,300 ft to the west. There is a recorded 15 ft right-of-way along neighboring parcels that is reserved for road access (see photos for additional information). However, driveways make it easier for other folks to find you so you may prefer to leave it as is.
